Privacy

• The workspace is private by default and invitation-only. No public pages show a student's name, school, schedule or work.
• Journal entries start as student-private. Only the student can share them, and can revoke sharing at any time.
• Parents manage logistics and verify deadlines, but cannot edit or author the student's research writing.
• No third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Email reminders are off unless a family admin configures a provider and a verified address.
• Reminder emails contain only a deadline title and a link back to the app — never journal text.
• Public portfolio items require approval from both the student and a guardian.
